Along with two billion other people I was teary-eyed watching the Royal Wedding yesterday , I loved it all -the sentiment, the music , the dress, the pomp and ceremony and every detail from the spectacular florals by Philippa Craddock and her team to the most beautiful cake by Violet Cakes London .
Meghan’s beautiful hand-picked bouquet included hand-picked forget-me-nots , sweet peas , lily of the valley , astilbe , jasmine, astrantia and sprigs of myrtle and was bound by a tiny length of hand-dyed silk ribbon!
Although I can’t categorically say it was Pompom Blossom silk ribbon, I’ve reason to believe it may just possibly be due to an order placed by a certain royal couple's chosen florist... and even if my ribbon was used to adorn a totally different bridal bouquet I can at least categorically say by appointment to the Royal couple's appointed Florist !
