Earlier this year I was invited to collaborate on a shoot for mrandmrsunique.co.uk with The Bijou Bride, Abigail Steed Photography and Early Hours London Ltd at Elmore Court . I can't even begin to explain how mind-blowingly creative this two-day shoot was and how talented the entire team was - a humbling and eye-opening experience. You can see a little peek in November issue of Perfect Wedding Magazine and also in the latest issue of Mr and Mrs Unique. !
This shoot was also featured in two parts over on Bridal Musings . ' A beautiful two part inspiration shoot, that contrasts between light and dark . LIGHT CELESTIAL LUMINOSITY ' it’s all about the light, with glowing golds, space-like silvers, and lots and lots of white. With luxurious yet contemporary gowns, and opulent yet natural tablescaping, this shoot sets out to inspire spring and summer weddings, but also has lots of ideas (like the unique mushroom detailing!) that could be used for the colder months of the year too.
Photographed by Abigail Steed Photography, with styling and art direction by fabulous duo, Erica of Mr & Mrs Unique and Alex of The Bijou Bride, this shoot features some pretty stellar English wedding talent.Innovative, creative, and stylish but with lots of touches that more classic couples will love too – feel the sun on your skin, and be inspired by this atmospheric shoot"
DARK CELESTIAL LUMINOSITY " While light was was all about rays of sunshine and flickers of gold, dark has a little more drama and allure. Both however are gorgeous, stylish, and so unique for anyone looking for something a little (or a lot) different for their wedding decor.
This shoot is crammed with ideas; mixing metallics with dark hues (that copper tub!), bringing in unusual colour combinations like flashes of pink or red with a largely indigo and purple backdrop, and inspiring innovative floral styling (floral hoops are huge for 2017!) and glamorous attire.
We have a feeling that autumn and winter brides and grooms, or indeed anyone who wants to inject a little moodiness or enchantment into their day, is going to fall hard for this one."
