CUSTOM ORDERS
I would be thrilled to create a bespoke order especially for you and your event. All silk and paper will be hand-dyed to your exact requirements, so it would be really helpful if you can send me a colour swatch in advance, so I can colour match the paper or silk as close as possible.

CANCELLATION OF CUSTOM ORDERS
Payment in full for custom orders is payable in advance. On receipt of payment I will start hand-dyeing the silk or paper specifically for your order, so if for any reason you need to cancel your order, please let me know as soon as possible so unfortunately I can offer you a refund. If I cancel due to any reason then I will refund in full.

LITTLE DETAILS
Pompom Blossom Giant Blooms will be sent to you flat-packed, ready to be unfurled at your leisure. However, I do offer a service to unfurl the blossoms for you in preparation for your event either at the event itself or delivered to your door prior to the event so please contact me for cost if this a service you would be interested in.
Your bloom will be accompanied by simple unfurling instructions and monofilament thread for hanging.
The dye used for the giant blooms is not colourfast, so please do not use outside unless you can guarantee a dry day!
The blooms are not to be used near a naked flame as they are made of tissue paper and are combustible.
As the paper is all hand-dyed, there may be irregularities in the tissue paper including small tears. However, this will not detract from the beauty of Pompom Blossom.

I send all silk, blooms and pompoms First Class Royal Mail, tracked and guaranteed to the UK . P&P for Custom Orders will vary, please contact me prior to placing an order. If you are outside the UK please contact me prior to placing a custom order as I am more than happy to post overseas but will need to price shipping accordingly.
