Soft and luxurious Silk Velvet ribbon. Hand-dyed silk velvet ribbon with raw edges custom-dyed in a shade of your choice. Narrower widths are also available as a bespoke option though only in addition to ordering a wider width.

Although I endeavour to achieve as close a colour match as possible ,I can not guarantee an identical match due to differences between the silk and the swatch for example -absorbency, finish, fabric composition etc.
This listing is for 2 yards of silk velvet ribbon in a choice of widths.
The ribbon is hand torn so is prone to loose threads and may shed loose fibres. This ribbon is single-faced, with the velvet pile on one face only, the underside of the ribbon has a matte smooth surface.
As the ribbons are hand-dyed there may be marbling and slight colour variations along the lengths.

If you have changed your mind or no longer require your purchase and wish to return the items you have bought please contact me within fourteen days and return within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund. The item will be refunded in full if it's returned in re-sellable unused condition .
I do recommend using a tracked and signed for service for returns as I can only refund when the product is back in my possession . Please insure for the correct amount .
For unwanted items or changes of mind, original postage will be refunded in full for standard postage only. Expedited or priority postage will not be refunded in full though I will refund the price for standard delivery so there may be a balance still owing and retained .
For faulty items please contact me within 14 days of receipt and return unused and in original condition within 30 days for a full refund.
For return of faulty items I recommend using a tracked and signed for service . Please insure for the correct amount . Original postage and return postage will be refunded in full . Though please contact me to confirm the service you are using so I can confirm the price in advance.
For returns outside the EU Please mark any returns as returned goods on any customs forms as I will not be responsible for any customs fees or duty incurred to myself for returns of my own products due to incorrect information or omissions being entered on the form by the customer . This applies for both faulty items or unwanted purchases . Any customs fees/duty incurred due to customer error/omission on forms will be deducted from the original purchase price payable to the customer on receipt of the return .
The customer is responsible for arranging collection/redelivery of the item if delivery is not possible . If you are aware that your purchase is left at your local post office/ sorting office/ courier company , either through a card being left from the appropriate postal service or courier, through the tracking information provided or through conversation on etsy with myself and you decide/choose not to collect for any reason, as soon as the item/s are returned to me via the postal service then I will refund the purchase price of the item only in full. Any postage costs will not be refunded either in part or in full. Any costs incurred to me due to customs or duties will be deducted from the original purchase price. Please note if you do decide to use this method then the return may take several months outside the EU and a refund will not be given till the items are back in my possession and if only they remain in original condition .
Returns are not available for custom orders and for any orders for pre-cut ribbon less than the standard 6 yard length, cut at the buyers request.
